Senior Commercial Manager – OOSD Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to become a subject matter expert on OOSD —a cutting-edge, evolving industry technology solution for airlines. You MUST come from an Airline background.
The successful Senior Commercial Manager will have a primary focus on the Offer (then Order, Settle, Deliver) framework, you will assess the commercial value derived from its implementation. You will play a crucial role in aligning commercial drivers with technology delivery to maximise value realisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & manage the OOSD implementation product strategy, starting with NDC, in collaboration with Commercial and IT stakeholders.
- Identify, define, and capture opportunities to drive traffic, adoption, and commercial/customer success across all enabled channels.
- Set, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for OOSD adoption, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Leverage data and insights to refine and enhance the OOSD product based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Support senior leadership (GM Distribution & NGR) in developing a compelling business case for the adoption of OOSD products.

✔ Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess the business impact of technology implementations.
✔ A strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management experience, working across commercial and IT teams.
✔ Proven track record in product strategy, optimisation, and driving adoption.
