Reports to: VP of Global Partnerships
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Distribution to own and grow the company’s distribution business.
You’ll lead our work with OTAs, aggregators, and meta partners. Your focus will be driving new partnerships, scaling live accounts, and making sure we get the best out of every relationship.
This is a commercial role at the crossroads of sales, partnerships, product, and strategy.
You’ll represent the voice of our partners internally while delivering measurable results externally.
What You’ll Do

Drive Growth: Find, pitch, and close new distribution partners. Negotiate smart deals that create long-term value.

Lead Rollouts: Guide partners through onboarding and go-live, ensuring smooth launches and scalable processes.

Maximize Partnerships: Build lasting relationships, boost performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Own Meta Distribution: Manage and optimize relationships with meta partners, from contracts to performance.

Shape the Product: Gather partner feedback, track market trends, and push for the features needed to stay ahead.

Connect the Dots: Work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Marketing to ensure partners get the support they need.
What You Bring

Experience managing commercial partnerships, driving account growth, and delivering long-term value to partners

Deep understanding of online travel platforms and distribution models

Strong analytical skills: able to use data to drive insights, optimize processes, and deliver results

Ability to translate technical or product concepts into clear proposals for partners

Collaborative and outcome-focused, able to influence across teams internally and externally

Curious and resourceful: digs into challenges and finds opportunities

Ambitious and self-motivated, taking ownership to push initiatives forward

Background in analytical, commercial, or product roles in travel tech or OTAs, ideally with a BSc or MSc in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
