Reports to: VP of Global Partnerships
About the Role
We’re seeking a senior strategic partnerships leader to grow and manage airline and travel industry partnerships across the Americas. You will work with leading carriers and regional partners to identify growth opportunities and see them through to implementation.
This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in fast-moving, cross-cultural environments and values measurable impact.
What You’ll Do

Increase the company’s profile across the Americas, developing a strong network of key regional stakeholders

Develop and own the regional partnership growth strategy aligned with commercial objectives

Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, focusing on closing strategic deals

Build and optimise existing partner relationships, establishing the company as a trusted collaborator

Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives to enhance strategic partnership models

Coordinate with stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritise opportunities

Track and analyse commercial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

Partner with Product and Technology teams to align on delivery and innovation goals

Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the partnerships organisation

Support global partnership initiatives in other regions when required
What You Bring

Deep understanding of the airline or travel industry, including sales cycles and decision-making dynamics

Strong network of industry contacts in the Americas and regional market insight

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders

Analytical ability to transform data into strategic recommendations

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

Driven and adaptable, capable of delivering results independently or in team settings

Comfortable working remotely and travelling internationally as needed

University degree or equivalent qualification preferred
