Head of Partnerships – EMEA

Location: Edinburgh / Remote within Europe
Reports to: VP of Global Partnerships

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to drive airline and travel industry partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll engage with major carriers and partners to identify growth opportunities, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable results.

This is a high-impact commercial role that combines analytical thinking, business development, and strategic relationship management.

What You’ll Do

• Elevate the company’s profile across EMEA, establishing a strong network of regional stakeholders

• Define and implement the regional partnership growth strategy supporting commercial goals

• Build and manage the sales pipeline, closing key strategic deals

• Strengthen and expand existing airline and travel partnerships, acting as a trusted partner

• Lead internal and external commercial initiatives to enhance strategic collaboration

• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and prioritisation of opportunities

• Analyse commercial data and performance metrics to identify new growth potential

• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on roadmap execution and partner integration

• Encourage knowledge sharing and alignment across the global partnerships team

• Contribute to partnership activity in other regions when needed

What You Bring

• Proven experience in airline or travel industry partnerships, sales, or business development

• Established network of airline and industry contacts within EMEA and deep regional expertise

• Strong influencing and relationship management skills at senior levels

• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong collaboration skills

• Comfortable working independently and travelling internationally as required

• University degree or relevant qualification preferred

• Fluent in English, spoken and written
