Product Owner

Location: United Kingdom / Remote within Europe
Reports to: Product Manager or Director of Technology

About the Role

Are you a Product Owner with (ideally) a strong background in the travel industry? If you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and collaboration are key, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients Tech Product Team as a Product Owner.

In this Product Ownership role, you will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our travel-focused offerings. Reporting to a Product Manager or the Director of Technology, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company goals.

You’ll maintain and increase adoption of one or more products, taking accountability for best practices and overall success in your area. Your focus will include both internal assessments of product standards and promoting best practices organisation-wide.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main contact for specific business areas, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, ensuring the product roadmap reflects business needs.

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to align product vision and strategy with company goals.

• Prioritise enhancements, maintaining clear roadmaps via tools like Monday.com and JIRA.

• Regularly review product definitions and stakeholder engagement strategies to keep them relevant.

• Define business requirements and translate them into scalable tech solutions.

• Establish product success metrics to track performance and inform iterations.

• Manage dependencies and support project implementation and handovers.

• Communicate product updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
